Per quanto riguarda le agevolazioni per il Design solo venerdi 28 novembre alle 11, dopo numerosi messaggi di protesta, \u00e8 stato comunicato che le domande potevano essere presentate a partire dalle ore 12 del 2 novembre e non pi\u00f9 alle ore 00.01 (cosa tra l’altro non scritta da nessuna parte ma detta a mezza bocca dal personale del call center: il solito “penso di s\u00ec… non ci hanno detto niente neanche a noi… ecc.ecc.”<\/em>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nei due precedenti Click Day<\/strong> (credito d\u00b4imposta per R.&S. e bando Inail) alle aziende \u00e8 stato consentito di registrarsi e caricare la domanda prima dell\u00b4apertura. All\u00b4ora stabilita era sufficiente premere il tasto invio. Anche con questa procedura molto snella il sistema informatico<\/strong> dell\u00b4Inail \u00e8 andato in tilt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Evidentemente questa procedura era troppo semplice e quindi \u00e8 stato deciso di complicarla.<\/strong> Le aziende hanno potuto registrarsi e caricare la domanda solo dopo l\u00b4apertura del bando, dalle ore 12 in poi. In questa fase ci sono state anche delle sorprese<\/strong> con la richiesta di ulteriori dati e documenti che nel bando Brevetti+ non erano previsti, o erano previsti solo in invio cartaceo successivo. Per il bando design inoltre non \u00e8 stato possibile caricare alcuni dati obbligatori. Probabilmente coloro che hanno predisposto il bando non hanno controllato il lavoro fatto dai tecnici informatici.<\/p>\n

Il risultato \u00e8 stato il seguente:
\n– Bando Design: apertura ore 12,00 – sistema in tilt fino alle ore 14,00
\n– Bando Brevetti – apertura ore 12,00 – sistema in tilt fino alle ore 19,00<\/p>\n
