dell&#8217;<strong>AEO (Operatore Economico Autorizzato)<\/strong> alle modifiche introdotte ex art. 15, co.1, L.183\/2011 (legge di stabilit\u00e0 2012): in ottemperanza a tali modifiche alla disciplina dei certificati e delle dichiarazioni sostitutive contenuta nel TU documentazione amministrativa &#8211; DPR 445\/2000,<strong> il certificato camerale quale allegato all\u2019istanza per l\u2019ottenimento della certificazione AEO previsto al punto 2.2.1., lett. a ) della <a href=\"https:\/\/www.studiogiardini.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/downloads\/2012\/05\/CM.36.D.2007.AEO_.consolidata.con_.41.D.2011.pdf\">CM 36\/D\/2007<\/a>, non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 richiesto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Agenzia Dogane fornisce inoltre le conseguenti istruzioni procedurali da espletare coerentemente con quanto gi\u00e0 avveniva prima dell\u2019emanazione del citato art. 15, c. 1 della Legge 183\/2011, e riguardanti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>controllo documentale dell&#8217;istanza;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>acquisizione delle comunicazioni antimafia;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>controlli sulla veridicit\u00e0 delle dichiarazioni sostitutive.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Agenzia delle
