Si segnala che a partire dal 1\u00b0 dicembre 2010 si potranno inviare le richieste in via telematica all’Agenzia delle Entrate per accedere al credito d’imposta per i campionari delle imprese di abbigliamento(c.d. “Tremonti-quater”): in questa agevolazione non rilever\u00e0 la velocit\u00e0 di invio dell’istanza, in quanto le risorse disponibili – se come sicuramente avverr\u00e0 saranno inferiori a quanto richiesto con i formulari – saranno ripartite pro-quota, senza quindi il meccanismo famigerato ed iniquo del “click day” utilizzato per il credito d’imposta R&S ex L.296\/2006.<\/p>\n
